The University of Tennessee Health Science Center invites applications for the position of Open rank Professor & Program Director for the Urology Residency program in the Department of Urology, College of Medicine Chattanooga at UTHSC, in Chattanooga, TN.

As Program Director for the Urology Residency program this role is responsible for maintaining a supportive learning environment for the residents through teaching, clinical care, mentoring and working in multidisciplinary groups. Additionally, the Program Director is responsible for maintaining accreditation of the Urology Residency Program through ACGME.

5% Education, 75% Patient Care, 20% Service

Basic Qualifications:

  • MD or Equivalent
  • Board Certified and license (or license eligible) in Tennessee


Departmental Preferences:

  • Previous Experience in an academic medical center
