Our client, Aerospace Manufacturer is seeking a Sr Adv Manufacturing Engineer to join their team. As a Sr Adv Manufacturing Engineer, you will be part of the Manufacturing Department supporting. The ideal candidate will have Root Cause Corrective Action / Lean / Six Sigma, Manufacturing which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Sr Adv Manufacturing Engineer
Location: Minneapolis, MN
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Provide test and manufacturing support for Ring Laser Gyro (RLG) and Tactical Guidance Products (TGP) production.
• Perform yield and performance data analysis to monitor process capability, product health trends and drive yield improvements.
• Utilize CAMP, Lean, and Six-Sigma methodologies to govern engineering standard work practices.
• Investigate and resolve technical issues, facilitate issue identification and analysis.
• Develop improvements in product design and in the manufacturing and assembly processes for cost and cycle time reductions.
• Assist development of new products.
• Support knowledge for test equipment and preventative maintenance plans to maintain factory capacity and efficient product flow.
• Facilitate a self-driven work force culture to achieve RTY, BIQ, COPQ, and other SQDIC goals.
• Test products & software
MUST HAVE:
• Bachelors degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as Engineering, Physics, or Mathematics
• 5+ years experience

• Ability to work in a cleanroom environment.
• Ability to balance priorities in daily tasks and strategic projects.

• Quickly and accurately identifying subtle interrelationships and patterns among a variety of problems and issues (process and data correlation of cause/effect across value stream).
