Senior Accountant
Hybrid role in East Hanover, NJ
Pay rate range: $47 - $64

Prepare journal entries surrounding Fixed Assets, Leases, Prepaids, Cash, Intercompany, Allocations, Account Payable Accrual, Benefits, Clinical Trial Accruals
Perform account reconciliations over areas noted above
Prepare Balance Sheet and P&L Fluctuation Analyses over areas noted above
Prepare Purchase Order Analysis (GR/IR gap analysis) and meet with business to determine quarterly accruals
Previous General Ledger reporting experience including running reports and ad-hoc analysis (Great Plains, Coupa would be a plus)
Cash Balance Weekly Reporting
Ad-hoc requests as needed

Required: at least 5 years experience in a General Accounting role with General Ledger experience in Great Plains
Minimum degree - Bachelors in Accounting
Pharma experience preferred
