Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Athlete Safety Compliance. This position offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the field of athletic compliance, working directly with our compliance team to ensure that all aspects of our programs and activities adhere to relevant rules, regulations, and standards. This can be an unpaid college internship and to participate you must be enrolled in an accredited college/university and able to receive course credit for your participation. This can also be a part-time seasonal position at an hourly rate of $16-20 per hour depending upon expierence. This individual will be trainined and introduced to athlete safety compliance but should also have a strong interest in the field of compliance or law. This is also a position requiring individuals to exercise confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the development and implementation of compliance policies and procedures.
  • Monitor and track eligibility requirements for athletes and coaches.
  • Support in the preparation of compliance reports and documentation.
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure compliance with organizational policies.
  • Participate in compliance education and training initiatives.
  • Conduct research on compliance issues and provide recommendations to ensure adherence.
  • Other responsibilties as assigned


Qualifications:
  • Intern candidates must be currently enrolled in an accredited college undergraduate or graduate program.
  • Strong interest in compliance, or a related field such as law.
  • Excellent research, analytical, and organizational skills.
  • Effective written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in Google and Microsoft Office Suites.
