Job Description:
The Business Analyst III will support contract requests and the contract lifecycle management process with a focus on publishing and analytics. The role involves working with diverse stakeholders to optimize and automate contract lifecycle management, manage contract templates and clause libraries, and interface with various teams to close business or develop templates and program requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support the development and updates to contract templates (e.g., statements of work, datasheets, change order requests).
• Design and create written and/or visual product-related information to support the creation of “Service Descriptions”
• Research existing agreements and programs for customer reporting and internal requirements.
• Implement enhancements and automations to contract lifecycle processes (intake, development, approvals, publishing, and communication).
• Advise on methods to improve business processes.
• Support contract activities, providing dashboarding and automation solutions as needed.
• Manage & optimize contract request queue and monitor Slack channel to provide support.

Qualifications:
• First-level university degree or equivalent.
• Typically, 4-6 years of experience in contracts, legal-related roles, and/or automation experience.

Knowledge and Skills:
• Experience in high-tech contracting or operations.
• Expertise in contract writing for cloud services, technology services, professional services, and technical products.
• Exceptional MS Office skills, especially MS Word (revision control, use of styles and multi-level lists, maintaining table of contents, document comparison, etc.).
• Experience with contract management tools, with a preference for Icertis Contract Management system.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment.
• Multilingual writing ability is highly preferred.
• Solid experience with Microsoft Power Automate, Microsoft Power BI, and Microsoft Power Apps is a significant advantage.
