Title - User Experience (UX) Designer (US - Contract)

Salary/Hourly Rate: $-110.00 - $117.00

Onsite/Remote: This is an onsite position in Austin, TX

Position Overview:

Responsibilities of the UX Designer:

• User research planning with stakeholders in design and product management
• Independent study design, data collection, and analysis
• Reporting, presentations, and strategy workshops with cross-functional teams

Qualifications for the UX Designer:

• Basic understanding of statistics with relation to sample sizes in qualitative research
• Remote moderation skills using Usertesting or similar tool
• Experience with advertising products
• Experience with B2B UX
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to effectively communicate actionable recommendations to cross-functional teams, such as developers and product managers
• Ability to create simple surveys in Qualtrics (or other survey tool)
• Ability to use Miro/Mural/Figma for cross-functional collaboration (or similar collaborative design tool)
• Data-driven storytelling
• Ability to work quickly and efficiently
