Title: Frontend Engineer

Contract: until the End of the Year (will most likely extend 6 months beyond that)

Location: Plano, TX (remote until at least 2021)

Rate: Dependent upon experience

Responsibilities:

• Designs, Develops, and Implements web-based UI technologies to support business requirements.
• Follows approved life cycle methodologies, creates design documents, and performs software development (coding) and testing.
• Resolve technical issues through debugging, research, and investigation.
  

Requirements:

• Requires a bachelor's degree in an area of specialty and 5+ years of experience in the field or in a related area.
• Knowledge with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field.
• Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
• A degree of creativity and latitude is required.

Must Have:

• 5+ years of solid experience in building and enhancing highly-available applications leveraging Angular, TypeScript, JavaScript, CSS/SASS, HTML, express.js, node.js, AWS cloud, CICD and awareness of DevOps concepts.
• Should have the ability to work integrating UI with back-end services built using Java technology stack & REST APIs in Cloud Environment (preferably AWS).
• Bring solid 3+ years experience in emerging and traditional technologies, Work with product owners to understand desired application capabilities and testing scenarios.
• Must be self-driven and have a complete understanding of Enterprise SDLC processes
