As Utility Person, you're responsible for cleaning china, glass, silver, and serving equipment. Additionally, you'll:

• Set up and breakdown equipment at functions.
• Assist in cleaning kitchens.
• Run and help maintain various dish washing machines.
• Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to stand, walk, push, and pull equipment, and ability to lift 25 lbs. to the waist.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Results-oriented with ability to meet required timelines.
