UTKCG - Fleet Attendant

The University of Tennessee's Career Gateway is looking to fill the temporary assignment of Fleet Attendant with the Fleet Department. Through temporary assignment placements, Career Gateway allows the opportunity to work with various departments while gaining valuable work experience. Please note that Career Gateway temporary positions do not have benefits, annual leave, or sick leave accrual.

Job Schedule: Monday-Friday 8-5 (Can offer 25-40 hours a week)

Pay: $15.00 an hour

Length of assignment: about 11 month

Job Details:

• This position ensures all Fleet rental vehicles are clean and safe for departmental use.
• Vehicles are hand washed, vacuumed, and sanitized between rentals.
• All supplies are provided.
• Ability to be self-driven with little guidance once trained.
• Ability to analyze workload.
• Ability to operate up to Class 4 vehicles (F450) legal with a valid drivers license.

The candidate will enjoy manual labor in all weather environments and will be self-driven to ensure all vehicles are safe and clean.
