Insight Global is looking for a UX Designer for one of their largest financial clients to sit hybrid in Charlotte, NC. They will be joining the Wholesale Credit Data Technology team, working closely with development teams that support an internal facing application. This individual will be the sole UX resource on the team as of now. General responsibilities for this role include the building and designing of prototypes and wireframes, driving discussions when they are reviewed by the business partners, and collaborating with the development (UI) team/business partners to ensure delivery of application solutions in a dynamic agile environment. The ideal candidate will be a passionate, technically strong focused individual with at least 6 years of relevant hands-on experience.

Required Skills & Experience

6+ years background in UX Development
Strong experience creating prototypes in a large enterprise environment with either Axure or Figma
Strong experience collaborating with both stakeholders and development teams on new designs
