The Outbound UX team's vision is to design and deliver the most highly relevant and inspiring messages for customers that drive immediate and lasting engagement with Amazon.

We're looking for a UX Designer to help set the vision for the next generation of Outbound communications. You will define the strategy, frameworks and design standards that help customers find and get the content that inspires them, and that extends their onsite experience offsite. To succeed in this role, you must be detail-oriented in your design craft, while also able to see the bigger picture and connect your work to business opportunities. You'll learn and grow alongside a set of peers who are invested in making sure you have an excellent work experience and managers who are committed to your career development.

• Partner with organizations across Amazon to identify and deliver compelling ways to highlight their products and programs

• Raise the Outbound design and creative bar to be modern, appealing and relevant

• Unite a broad range of programs and features through cohesive design, while also contributing to a culture of invention

• Leverage strong, user-centered design skills and business knowledge to translate conceptual ideas into performant design solutions that scale

• Consider market analysis, customer feedback, metrics, and usability findings to inform design rationale
