UX Developer

Insight Global is looking for a UX Developer to join one of our largest financial clients in Jersey City. The candidate will be joining the Data Management Technology (DMT) group. The project they are currently working on requires a lot of UI work and the bank has ADA requirements that need to be adhered too. This role requires the candidate to be a Senior Level UX Developer with 7+ years of professional experience.

Required Skills & Experience

Must-haves
• 7+ years of UX Developer experience.
• Advanced proficiency in modern CSS layout techniques like Flexbox and CSS Grid.
• Strong understanding of CSS specificity, selectors
• Proven experience with responsive web and adaptive design principles and development.
• In-depth experience working with web accessibility ADA standards.
• Strong experience in managing cross-browser compatibility and solving performance issues in large-scale web applications.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Plusses
• Understanding of SVG (scalable vector graphics).
• Experience with version control systems such as Git.
Financial industry experience.
