Insight Global's client is looking for a User Experience Recruiter/Operations Specialist to join the User Experience team and help us recruit participants for scheduled research projects. You would be responsible for using our database to email, phone, and select and screen research participants based on criteria laid out by Researchers on the team. Additionally, you would be responsible for the maintenance and growth of the user testing database to ensure that new testers are regularly added and older records are properly archived.
Job Functions:
Working with researchers to define recruit demographics and needs.
Recruit participants. Including the booking of backup participants and handling cancellations and drop outs.
Coordinate with Researchers to select appropriate candidates.
Screen participants to make sure they meet the requirements for the test.
Schedule participants.
Arrange compensation.
Participant management on the day of the test. Including; being the primary point of contact, meeting and greeting, security checks, getting them to sign NDAs, introductions to the test, monitoring during breaks, debriefing, and providing compensation on the way out.
Maintaining and growing the tester database.

Required Skills & Experience
A passion for games and working with people. Must be comfortable calling and dealing with a wide variety of people and backgrounds on a day-to-day basis.
2+ years experience in a people/service focused role e.g. recruiting, customer experience, sales, retail, etc
1-2 years of IT software/hardware troubleshooting / help desk experience
Excellent organizational and planning skills.
The ability to deliver high quality work quickly and under time pressure.
The ability to be flexible and cope well with change.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Past recruitment experience.
An understanding of research methodology.
Experience maintaining databases.
College degree
