We're looking for a Mid-level UX/UI Designer for an immediate freelance assignment. We're looking for candidates with enterprise experience, skilled in Figma.

• Title: UX/UI Designer
• Work: 75% UX and 25% UI
• Duration: through end of 2024 (possibility to extend)
• Start date: ASAP
• Location: Remote (must be able to work EST hours)
• New York or Los Angeles candidates preferred as full-time hires must sit in either NYC or LA.

The Role

The UX Designer will join a team responsible for ensuring customers get access to their tickets and find support along the way through our client's web and mobile platforms. This role involves delivering high-quality execution and supporting engineering with design specs.

What You'll Do

• Create industry leading user experiences from conception to execution
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to understand user needs and define solution
• Conduct experiments with cross-functional partners to ensure high-quality learnings
• Work closely with developers to ensure seamless implementation of designs.
• Communicate design ideas and rationale clearly to stakeholders.

What You've Done

• Portfolio that showcases several projects and your direct contributions
• Experience designing across multiple platforms such as desktop and mobile
• Ability to leverage quantitative and qualitative insights to inform design decisions
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, iterative product development process
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $55.00 to $66.00 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
