Our tech client is seeking a talented and experienced UX Designer to join their team for ad-hoc project based work. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating intuitive and engaging user experiences, with a strong focus on usability and accessibility. As a UX Designer, you will be responsible for designing and developing new pages within Salesforce, with deliverables created in Figma.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and objectives.
- Design and develop new pages within Salesforce, with a focus on user self-service and reducing customer inquiries.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs in Figma.
- Ensure consistency and adherence to brand guidelines across all designs.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs.
- Work closely with developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately and efficiently.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a UX Designer or similar role.
- Proficiency in Figma for creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience working with Salesforce is not required but is a plus.
- Fully remote work experience preferred.

Project Details:
The UX Designer will be responsible for designing and developing two Salesforce landing pages:
1. Brand new Training Summary page.
2. Redesign of an existing Case Summary page.

Note: This is a contract position with flexible hours and duration, depending on project needs and budget.
