Position Summary
Responsible for greeting casino and resort guests in a warm and friendly manner as their vehicle is accepted or returned to them after their visit. Safely park and retrieve vehicles with standard stick (manual) or automatic transmissions.
Supervision Exercised
Supervised by the Valet Supervisor, Transportation Supervisor, or the Guest Service Coordinator.

Responsible for greeting casino and resort guests in a warm and friendly manner as their vehicle is accepted or returned to them after their visit. Safely park and retrieve vehicles with standard stick (manual) or automatic transmissions.

Supervised by the Valet Supervisor, Transportation Supervisor, or the Guest Service Coordinator.
Major Duties and Responsibilities
- Establishes good customer relation skills.
- Always maintains good personal hygiene.
- Writes vehicle information on parking tickets including damage seen.
- Enters data into the CVPS Valet System.
- Greets and assists customers.
- Retrieves vehicles in five (5) minutes or less by jogging from entrance to valet parking garage.
- Provides customer with receipt for vehicle.
- Places ticket receipt in the vehicle being parked.
- Hangs keys and ticket on Key board in Valet office.
- Ensures patron's keys are secured and safe.
- Performs additional duties and responsibilities as necessary or assigned.
- Reports all traffic accidents and violations.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Must have the ability to provide exceptional customer service.
- Ability to follow instructions.
- Good driving record.
- Ability to drive a vehicle equipped with standard transmission.
- Ability to retrieve customer's vehicle safety and quickly.
Requirements:
Minimum Qualifications, Education and Experience
Required:
- High School Diploma, GED certification or equivalent.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Must possess and maintain a valid, unrestricted New Mexico Driver's License.
Licensing Status
- Must be able to successfully pass a stringent background investigation.
- Will require a post-offer, pre-employment and random drug screening.
