Vehicle Readiness Specialist

As a Vehicle Readiness Specialist at Tesla Collision, your role is integral to delivering an exceptional experience to our clients. Your primary responsibilities include vehicle preparation for customer delivery and active collaboration with your team to identify continuous improvement opportunities within our vehicle readiness processes. This entails comprehensive preparation of customer vehicles, vehicle cleaning, and ensuring the readiness of new customer delivery vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Clean service, loaner, and gallery vehicles in compliance with company standards
• Operate steamers, hoses, vacuums, and other equipment
• Ability to spot check and manage paint correction onsite as needed
• Effectively prioritize tasks and manage time to meet deadlines
• Manage inventory and reorder supplies as needed
• Perform additional responsibilities as assigned to meet business needs

• Ability to lift 50 - 60 pounds
