Vehicle Readiness Specialist

As a Vehicle Readiness Specialist at Tesla, your role is vital in ensuring our clients have an exceptional experience. You'll be responsible for preparing vehicles for customer delivery and collaborating with your team to identify opportunities for ongoing improvement in our vehicle readiness processes. Your key tasks include the thorough preparation of customer vehicles, vehicle cleaning, and the readiness of new customer delivery vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Clean service, loaner, and gallery vehicles in compliance with company standards
• Operate steamers, hoses, vacuums, and other equipment
• Ability to spot check and manage paint correction onsite as needed
• Effectively prioritize tasks and manage time to meet deadlines
• Manage inventory and reorder supplies as needed
• Perform additional responsibilities as assigned to meet business needs

Requirements

• Proven track record to meet and exceed goals
• Proactive team member and ability to develop collaborative relationships
• Ability to lift 50 - 60 pounds
• Valid driver's license required
