Verint Call Recording Systems Engineer :

- Must have actual hands-on support experience with call / interaction recording systems from Verint ( like Verint Interaction Recording ) and ideally from IPC ( like IPC IQ/MAX Touch )

- Deep expertise with Verint call recording solutions is a MUST HAVE, including deploying and architecture level of assistance with Verint call recording systems

- Proficiency in server infrastructure and server-side application support, including maintenance, code upgrades, vulnerability patching, post-upgrade app validation, recorded call data integrity checks, system troubleshooting / infrastructure issues identification, and problem resolution / architectural improvement recommendations

- Ability to effectively engage with all levels of the business
