Essential Functions/Responsibility Statements:
- Provides support to senior bankers.
- Develop client presentation materials, including all background research, analysis and drafting.
- Familiarity with financial models and other financial analysis.
- Performing detailed valuation analysis, including discounted cash flow, trading comparables, transaction comparables and LBO analysis.
- Assist senior bankers on client coverage initiatives.
- Support product partners and monitor entire execution process for transactions ensuring timely execution to meet client expectations.
- Work closely and help train associates and analysts.
- Adheres to compliance procedures and internal/operational risk controls in accordance with any and all applicable regulatory standards, requirements and policies.
Qualifications:

Education:
- Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent degree and/or equivalent work experience, in Finance, Business, or a related field.
- Master's degree or MBA (Preferred).
Work Experience:
- Experience in Financial Sponsors, Industrial Services, and/or Gaming, Lodging, and Leisure Investment Banking (Bachelor's degree and 6+ years of experience or MBA/Master's and 3+ years of experience).
Skills and Abilities:
- Demonstrated knowledge of corporate finance and investment banking products, with a preference to experience in Leveraged Finance and M&A.
- Expert knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint with advanced financial modeling skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to coordinate and lead multiple deal teams.
- Team player and self starter.
