Morgan Stanley Wealth Management is seeking a dynamic and organized Vice President to join our Regulatory Change Management Program (RCMP) team. The goal of the RCMP is to coordinate across various functional areas (Product/Platform/Segments/ Legal/Risk/Compliance/Tech/Operations) to deliver required solutions in a way that integrates the User and Client Experience with the Regulatory directive
A successful candidate will be responsible for facilitating the strategic analysis, design, development, and execution of changes to ensure compliance with a broad inventory of regulations across a wide array of Products and Platforms. This role will have ongoing interaction with internal colleagues ranging from the daily execution teams through the senior leadership of each functional area.
Key Responsibilities:
• Help manage the Regulatory Change Management process, ensuring alignment with business objectives and compliance requirements.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to assess regulatory impacts and develop change management strategies.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, goals, deliverables, resources, and timelines. On certain projects the overall team will work closely with additional project support staff from the Business Transformation Services (BTS) team, on other projects this role will serve that function directly
• Assist in conducting risk assessments and implement mitigation plans to address potential challenges.
• Prepare and present project status reports, updates, and dashboards to senior management and other stakeholders.
• Ensure clear communication and documentation of regulatory changes and their impact on business processes.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
• Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, promoting collaboration and best practices.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Operations, Technology or a related field.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in project management, regulatory change management, or a similar role within the financial services industry.
• Knowledge of wealth management and regulatory environments.
• Proven track record of managing complex projects and driving successful outcomes.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; ability to produce concise and effective presentations tailored to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize.
• Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
• Flexible and self-motivated
• Proficiency in MS Office with advanced skills in PowerPoint and Excel.
Expected base pay rates for the role will be between $85,000 and $135,000 per year at the commencement of employment. However, base pay if hired will be determined on an individualized basis and is only part of the total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, incentive compensation, discretionary bonuses, other short and long-term incentive packages, and other Morgan Stanley sponsored benefit programs.
