Desired: Doctoral Degree in higher education, student affairs or related area;Demonstrated effective leadership with ten (10) years progressive leadership experience in enrollment management and student affairs with record of achievement and advancement in the field;Demonstrated knowledge of strategic planning and best practices in enrollment management and student affairs;Knowledge of relevant federal, state and accreditation regulations and compliance in higher education;
