The Crown Is Yours

As the VIP Acquisition & Lifecycle Project Manager, you will report into the Head of VIP Acquisition & Lifecycle and play a key role in setting the team up to achieve their goals while driving revenue through acquiring new VIP customers. This role focuses on initiatives between Acquisition & Lifecycle and key partners while being on the forefront of our VIP Acquisition strategy.

What you’ll do

• Architect and lead end to end Acquisition & Lifecycle initiatives/events process, strategy and final execution.
  
• Lead stakeholder management and coordination efforts across VIP player development, events, gifting, partnerships, content operations and revenue operations for key VIP Acquisition initiatives.
  
• Own VIP Acquisition & Lifecycle partnership strategy and portfolio, emphasis on aggressively expanding portfolio through collaboration with Business Development and Growth Marketing.
  
• Develop and maintain Acquisition & Lifecycle initiatives/events calendar.
  
• Manage VIP Acquisition & Lifecycle operating expenses.
  
  

What you’ll bring

• 6+ years in project management or related focus.
  
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or relevant experience.
  
• Proven track record of working cross functionally and driving multiple projects forward.
  
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience presenting recommendations to upper management.
  
• Ability to understand opportunity cost and can make decisions based on expected ROI.
  
• Willingness to travel and work nights and weekends.
  
• Must be able to obtain and maintain required State Gaming Licenses.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $108,000.00 - $162,000.00, plus bonus, equity, and benefits as applicable. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
