Hyatt Regency Bellevue, set in downtown Seattle's Eastside, features a high-tech conference center with over 70,000 square feet of flexible meeting space, including a sloped auditorium and executive boardroom. Our guests can host a convention, trade show, or reception in our stunning, divisible 17,745-square-foot Grand Ballroom and 13,755-square-foot Evergreen Ballroom

We are seeking a VIP Operations Supervisor to enhance our guests' experiences through exceptional communication and delivering personalized service with attention to detail. The individual will be responsible for managing pre-arrival, mid-stay, and post-stay emails. In addition, they must be flexible in working with all other operational departments to create, deliver, and coordinate customized experiences. This role also involves analyzing guest satisfaction data, personally welcoming Elite Members and VIP guests, preparing, and inspecting rooms with amenities, and compiling information that will enhance guest loyalty. They are expected to resolve escalated guest service issues and notify any urgent issues to the Operational Managers properly and effectively. They will also assist the Director of Operations with any additional projects and perform other duties as assigned to support the Operations team.

This an hourly position with a compensation ranging from $25-$27.50.

  • Prior guest relations experience of 2-3 years is preferred.
  • Must have refined communication skills.
  • Must have good problem-solving skills.
  • Must be proficient with guest management systems.
  • High school diploma is required.
  • Hospitality Management degree is preferred.
  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule of AM or PM shifts, holidays, and weekends.
