Operations & SLA oversight, Platform growth, and scalability support, SaaS upgrade & release management coordination, Plan ACD / M&A work & impact analysis, Vendor and business relationship management, High-level business Q&A & data inquiry support, content creation oversight, coordination with the business change management team, overall platform health oversight, Visier security design consultations, and Demand management, Visier access and analytics governance planning & coordination. Monitoring daily data loads and optimization, overall platform health and availability, day-to-day business Q&A & data inquiry support, coordination with upstream data providers and Visier technical teams

Required Skills & Experience

5+ years' as an implementation consultant, SaaS technical operations, or Operations Engineer

Technical knowledge of Visier

Experience with SaaS Platform Administration in HR/People Analytics space

Experience in upgrade/release management, data inquiry support, demand management, vendor mgmt

Experience in managing escalations, operations & SLA oversight, scalability support

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Technical Sys Admin background/scripting and sql knowledge

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Visier certifications

Professional Services experience in platform implementation and Tech Ops

Strong Scripting and SQL Skills
