VISTA Health & Innovations Team Process Improvements

The Vista Health & Innovations Team will be focusing on improving internal inventory processes will optimize scheduling, thereby increasing program capacity. Enhancements in data collection methods, particularly for pre and post-survey comparisons, will provide valuable insights into program effectiveness. Monthly reporting should be updated to reflect the impact of automated processes on each team's performance. As capacity increases, there's potential to expand programs into other counties within the service area. To ensure consistency and efficiency, a policy manual should be created outlining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and support resources for each program. This will serve as a guide for staff and volunteers, promoting uniformity and clarity in operations.

Member Duties : The Vista Health & Innovations Team will assist in efforts improve processes are aligned with the goal of expanding the reach of Health & Nutrition programs across various counties within the service area. By enhancing internal operations, FTB aims to increase its capacity to serve more individuals and communities in need. As part of its ongoing efforts, Feeding Tampa Bay plans to develop a comprehensive policy manual encompassing Standard Operating Procedures & support resources for each program. This manual will serve as a valuable reference guide for staff and volunteers, ensuring consistency and clarity in operations. Furthermore, improvements in data collection processes are prioritized, particularly concerning pre and post-survey comparisons. By enhancing the accuracy and reliability of data collection methods, Feeding Tampa Bay can better assess the impact of its programs on participants' health and well-being, thereby informing future initiatives and interventions.
