Our Ideal Candidate
  • Passion for UX and design with 5+ years' experience creating graphic and design content
  • Exceptional creativity in concept development, storyboarding, and problem solving

Partnering closely with PD&M Operations leadership and other team members in PD&M and Services, you'll develop and translate content into a clear and compelling story-with pixel-perfect precision. You will play an active role in updating and maintaining elements of the internal PD&M Chorus website and Keynote presentations to communicate initiatives and programs to keep employees connected and engaged. This is an opportunity to use visual design to communicate PD&M's strategic priorities and enhance the employee experience and organization culture. Above all, the role requires a dedicated individual who understands high standards and design aesthetic to the core. The position will also help build and manage a repository of communications templates for use by the broader PD&M Operations team, along with how-to guides and drop-in sessions to help the team build presentations as time permits.
