Tradeweb is seeking a VP, FP&A and Investor Relations to join our growing Finance & Accounting department. This new role will be an integral part of the team connecting the FP&A and Investor Relations functions, supporting the Head of FP&A, IR and Treasury. You will be expected to make a meaningful contribution and engage with our Executive Leadership and senior members of the business. The successful candidate will possess excellent qualitative and quantitative skills and be excited by the challenge of having wide exposure to and blending finance, product and strategy. You will be comfortable solving open ended questions and creatively shaping the answer.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop strong product knowledge by immersing yourself in the Tradeweb ecosystem
• Assist in preparation of earnings scripts, Q&A materials, investor and management presentations
• Talk to investors answering questions on everything Tradeweb does fundamentally and with respect to corporate sustainability
• Own the strategic long-term model and develop your own point of view on our future prospects and articulate why it is similar or different to the outlook presented by business leaders
• Mark-to-market our performance vs budget and the long-term model proactively identifying emerging revenue and expense trends
• Architect and evolve board materials for IR and FP&A
• Learn and apply Workday Adaptive, Alteryx, Tableau and stay on top of automation trends

Qualifications

• 5-10 years in Equity Research, Investor Relations, Investment Banking, Strategy, FP&A or Management Consulting
• Self-starter with insatiable intellectual curiosity who takes ownership of all projects with high energy
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills - must be comfortable presenting and working cross-functionally with people at multiple levels and from multi-disciplinary backgrounds
• Comfortable gliding between the micro details and the macro big picture
• Excellent financial analysis and modelling skills with strong attention to detail
• Ability to work in and be comfortable with a fast paced and fluid environment

• The current pay range for this role if performed in the city of New York is currently $90,000 to $240,000 per year, based on a regular, full-time schedule. The amount of pay offered will be determined by a number of factors, including but not limited to qualifications, market data, geographic location, and internal guidelines.
