Aspirus is seeking a VP - Operations - Administration to join our team at Aspirus Wausau Hospital!

The Vice President of Operations provides vision, leadership, enrollment and organizational direction and management to Aspirus Wausau Hospital, its clinical and ancillary service programs, departments and functions. Has accountability to ensure that all key constituency groups are aligned and achieving strategic business plan implementation. Engaged in and accountable for leadership and management of the functions assigned under the direction of the President.

Hours: Monday - Friday, must be available for occasional early and late meetings and Administrator on Call.

Experience/Qualifications:

• Knowledge of hospital management and policy administration, as well as development and implementation of budgets, strategies and standards normally acquired through completion of a Master's Degree in Hospital Administration/Business Administration or related health field.
• Five years' of progressive management experience that includes both hospital and/or ambulatory care.
• Three years of assigned responsibility for clinical departments, as well as familiarity with program management, clinical outreach and total quality management would be beneficial.
• Membership in the American College of Healthcare Executives preferred.
• Annual competencies as required by Aspirus and/or various regulatory agencies based on entity and/or job position.

Aspirus Wausau Hospital is the flagship of the Aspirus system that serves patients in 14 counties across northern and central Wisconsin, as well as the Upper Peninsula of Michigan.
