Ensures the successful execution and delivery of assigned programs and project, working cross functionally to establish effective project governance and drive collaboration across stakeholders and contributing functions to achieve business goals.

Key Accountabilities
  • Direct the strategic execution of any assigned programs or projects, focusing on high delivery quality, resource efficiency, and adherence to timelines and budgets.
  • Develop and oversee seamless collaboration and communication between Program Managers, Product Teams, Change Management, Implementation, and Support to drive successful delivery.
  • Analyze project efforts critically, identify risk areas, and guide the project delivery teams in mitigating risks.
  • Manage and maintain budget forecasts, project plans, and resource allocation projections across all projects.
  • Oversee preparation and present project status reports to senior management, highlighting key metrics, risks, and opportunities. Improve consistency, predictability, and efficiency of project delivery artifacts.
  • Oversee portfolio planning for Hotel, Owner, and Commercial Products and Platforms, driving adherence to Products and Technology planning and reporting cycles, contributing to continuous improvement of portfolio planning standards, artifacts, and tooling.
  • Continuously focus on driving improvements in cross functional product delivery in partnership with Hotel, Owner, and Commercial product owners and other Products and Technology functions.
  • Lead execution of user acceptance testing in support of product delivery and establish continuous improvement plans for testing processes, resources, and technology.
  • Lead functional and product related communication efforts for Hotel, Owner, and Commercial Products and Platforms and partner with Global Communications and Change Management teams on successful execution of cross functional Products and Technology communications.
  • Manage engagement across Hotel, Owner, and Commercial Products and Platforms leadership team and the wider function, responsible for regular cadence of team engagement and one-off events.
  • This role requires strong communication and relationship building skills to effectively manage projects and programs with diverse teams, key stakeholders, and senior executives.


Key Skills & Experiences

Education

Bachelor's degree (Master preferred) with progressive work experience in Computer Science/MIS/IT Business Administration or Engineering or equivalent combination of education and work-related experience.

Experience
  • 10+ years experience in program and project management with minimum of (7) years in relevant leadership role.
  • Demonstrated experience in planning for and executing global, multi-brand, technology programs and projects.
  • Demonstrated experience working with and managing hotels/vendors/owners globally across different countries within hospitality.
  • Strong systems knowledge with a demonstrated understanding of Hotel and Commercial systems and operating processes.
  • Experience in engaging cross functional working partnerships in a global organization.

The salary range for this role is $147,000 to $275,000. This is the lowest to highest pay scale we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future. An employee's pay position within the pay range will be based on several factors including, but limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, and business or organizational needs.

*This job is also eligible for bonus pay.
