Vulnerability Management/Remediation

Akkodis is seeking a Vulnerability Management/Remediation for a contract job with a client in Richmond, VA (Hybrid). Ideally looking for applicants with a solid background in Linux/UNIX OS,patching and vulnerability monitoring/remediation.

The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Vulnerability Management/Remediation job responsibilities include:

• Excellent knowledge of Linux/UNIX OS
• Experience with patching and vulnerability monitoring/remediation
• Familiarity with change and release management process
• Excellent written and oral communications skills with a proven track of taking initiative
• Must be willing to work weekends and afternoon shifts.
• Good knowledge on Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Knowledge/experience in Truesight (Bladelogic) is an added benefit
• Knowledge/experience in BLCli/NSH automation scripting is a plus
• Exhibits strong drive for results and success
• Persists in the face of significant difficulties, does not give up easily
• Is comfortable presenting and communicating with the SLT.

Desired Qualifications:

Knowledge of TruSight (BladeLogic) and Project management is a plus.

Pay Details: $40.00 to $47.00 per hour
