DEPCOM is looking for an experienced Warehouse and Inventory Control Manager to join our Supply Chain team in Scottsdale, AZ . The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and overseeing the Warehousing and Inventory Control operations for our renewable energy EPC projects and services. This strategic role is critical to ensuring the timely and efficient delivery of materials and equipment to project sites, maintaining inventory accuracy, and optimizing warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Integrate and further develop successful and effective warehouse and inventory control capability
  • Design and implement standardized processes and best practices for warehouse and inventory control operations to ensure consistency and efficiency.
  • Manage warehousing and inventory control effectively through proper warehouse location, size, and daily operations, with a focus on efficient material handling and inventory.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including site teams, engineering, procurement, services, and accounting, to ensure seamless coordination and communication.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant safety, regulatory, and quality standards.
  • Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, reduce costs, and drive innovation
  • Analyze and report on warehouse and inventory control performance metrics


Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

  • Leadership experience in warehouse and Inventory control management
  • Experience launching a warehouse management system in an inventory control environment.
  • Experience designing and implementing standardized processes for warehouse and inventory control operations




What will Put You Ahead

  • EPC or renewable energy industry experience
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field
