Warehouse Associate

On behalf of our client, we are seeking a Warehouse Specialist in the Southboro, MA area. This person will join one other Warehouse Specialist for our large, enterprise level service provider customer for loading and unloading semi-trucks of products, utilizing a forklift, organizing inventory, ensuring orders are placed in the correct location, and handling online systems on the computer. You will need to lift up to 70 pounds for large, LTE network equipment. The ideal candidate will have a t least 2-3 years of experience working in a warehouse, someone that is a reliable employee and someone that has the ability to quickly move product on and off trucks and throughout the warehouse and the ability to work without constant supervision. You will also load product into the company van, drive to and from other warehouse locations.

In this role, you will utilize a forklift, training will be given, if required. You will work with Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Handheld Scanners, respond to emails, drive a company vehicle and must be organized with a great work ethic. Additionally, this role requires a clear 10 year background check, a valid driver's license and a clean driving record. Lastly, steel toed boots are required.

Pay Rate can range from $16/hr - $17.50/hr depending on years of experience, skills and education. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
