Position Overview
\n
Our Warehouse Associates help achieve world-class branch performance while contributing to and supporting the overall branch strategy, performance, and growth.
\n
What you'll do:
\n

\n
• Receive purchase orders and transfers and receives inter-company transfers
\n
• Process outgoing shipments of products via UPS or other delivery methods
\n
• Delivery driving if needed (NON CDL)
\n
• Document and resolves discrepancies related to transfers and purchase orders
\n
• Stock product in correct warehouse location
\n
• Process customer orders and provides technical advice
\n
• Pull orders and prepares loads for delivery to customer
\n
• Assist in the loading and unloading of trucks
\n
• Partner with branch leadership to understand and implement new technologies and ways of working to help positively impact business performance
\n
• Maintain a safe working environment
\n

Work schedule:
\n

\n
• Monday-Friday, 7:30am-4:30pm with overtime as neeeded
\n

Skills We Are Seeking
\n

\n
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds consistently, on a regular basis
\n
• Forklift experience is a plus, but we're willing to train
\n
• Spanish speaking is a plus, but not required
\n
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
\n
• Ability to work quickly and accurately
\n
• Ready and willing to learn and adopt new technologies and ways of working
\n
• Landscaping product knowledge is helpful, but not required
\n
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
\n
