The Opportunity

Delaware North Travel and Hospitality is hiring full-time or part-time Warehouse Clerks to join our team at the Buffalo Airport in Buffalo, New York. As a Warehouse Clerk, you may work across shipping, receiving, and inventorying or be dedicated to a specific team.

$16.48 - $16.48 / hour

Responsibilities

• Unload, unpack, and inspect shipments of products. Report any damage, missing items, or inconsistencies as directed.
• Pricing items with appropriate mark-ups and labeling with the size and color for inventory control.
• Maintain the recycling program, collecting cardboard and placing in the appropriate areas.
• Assist in the maintenance of merchandise counts, daily records, and transfers within the inventory system.
• Assist in physical inventories.
• Inform supervisor of any low or over abundance in stock.
• Ensure that all work areas are neat clean and organized with strong attention to safety.
• Perform any other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• At least one year experience working in a warehouse.
• Experience receiving using a data entry system, inventorying, and shipping.
• Computer knowledge and good communication skills.
• Must possess basic math skills and have the ability to handle counts accurately.

Physical Requirements

• Must have the ability to carry and lift up to 55 pounds and stand all day.
• Frequent bending, stooping, carrying, walking, and reaching above the shoulders.
