Job Title: Warehouse Coordinator

Location: Henderson, CO

Employment Type: Full-time, First Shift

- Candidates' pay rate cannot exceed $20.50/hour.

- Prefer candidates with warehouse operating experience. Forklift experience is a bonus; certification provided if needed.

- Willing to train the right candidate without prior warehouse experience.

- First shift: Monday - Thursday, 6:00am - 4:30pm (10-hour shifts).

- Overtime available but not mandatory. Onsite 30-minute interviews required; local candidates preferred.

Job Description:

Under supervision, coordinates warehouse operations by interacting with operations management. Responsible for coordinating activities in various areas such as Inbound, Outbound, Kitting, etc., based on directions from Operations management.

Key Responsibilities:
- Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE): Stop work and report any major injury hazards. Ensure compliance with HSE standards, policies, and regulations. Lead HSE Training and engage workforce.

- Quality: Follow standard work procedures and perform quality checks. Identify and control non-conforming material.

- Delivery: Receive, sort, label/package, and store goods. Operate equipment to pick, pack, and ship products. Maintain competency in core work skills.

- Teamwork: Communicate effectively with the team and support teams. Seek ways to improve quality, safety, and employee development.
