We are seeking 1 dedicated and reliable Warehouse Workers to join our team. As a Warehouse Worker, you will play a key role in ensuring the efficient operation of our distribution center, which serves both direct-to-consumer and direct-to-dealers channels. Your primary responsibilities will include handling incoming and outgoing shipments, organizing inventory, and ensuring accurate and timely delivery of products to our customers and dealers.

YOU’LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:
  • Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment, ensuring products are correctly labeled and packaged securely. Light assembly of products or components using manual labor or small machinery.
  • Ensure all received merchandise is properly recorded and stored in the warehouse.
  • Organize and maintain inventory levels to meet the demands of both direct-to-consumer and direct-to-retail orders.
  • Load and unload trucks, ensuring products are loaded securely and safely for transportation.
  • Work closely with other warehouse team members and communicate effectively to ensure seamless operations.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.

YOU’LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND COMPETENCIES:

Required:
  • Applicants must be consultants with BRP who have worked a minimum of 520 straight-time hours.
  • Applicants must also meet the attendance requirements as listed in the attendance policy.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in warehouse operations preferred.
  • Ability to operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely.
  • Communication: Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Initiative: Demonstrated track record of initiating and successfully implementing projects or ideas.
  • Interpersonal skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work with a variety of individuals and departments.
