Job Responsibilities

• Lead a production team of 25-35 associates, sometimes more
• Ability to identify process improvement opportunities and work with Management team to implement
• Welcoming and training new starts to the production floor
• Focus on monitoring and improving safety initiatives, support safety programs
• Conducting hourly quality checks on the lines
• Collaborating with the Client supervisor to manage sudden changes to orders or any movements needed
• Stocking PPE locations for the entire plant on a daily basis
• Covering other floors in the facility, which involves climbing flights of stairs
• Conducting hourly check-ins with the SMX supervisor to follow up on any issues or changes that need to be made
• Using Microsoft Office and computer skills to print labels for finished products.

• Must be 18 years or older
• High School Diploma
• 1 year of manufacturing/packaging experience preferably in a Lead type role.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both Management and Associates
• Process Improvement and Safety Initiatives
