Warehouse Manager in Edina, MN

Location:Edina, MN

Pay:$22-$25 per hour, paid weekly!

Shift:Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm

Job Description:

Come work for a family-owned company! The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for directing and overseeing the warehouse operations. Oversees a total of 5 staff members.

Responsibilities include:

Organization and cleanliness of the warehouse. This includes keeping the warehouse safe for all.

Daily clean up & sweeping of warehouse

Load/unload all deliveries with pallet jacks or forklift

Pull & Prep of customer owned inventory for shipping to shows.

Check In & Return of customer owned inventory. This includes setting up displays when they return

Coordination of any repairs required on customer owned inventory.

Manage and maintain all rental inventory in the warehouse and in our asset management software.

Ensure that all shipments are sent out in a timely fashion to get to the client's trade shows/or events

Receive and log all incoming new product for customers and/or for rentals.

Set up of customer rentals including test fitting graphics.

Writing setup instructions for rental exhibits when needed

Set up all new client inventory in our asset management software.

Train new customers on use of asset management software (dependent on skills)

Document procedures that are important for our clients in how to best manage frequently asked questions

Handle general employee inquiries and solves problems

Coordinate with other departments to facilitate efficient warehouse operations

Ensure products are stored properly to conserve space and comply with safety procedures

Oversee the rotation of inventories within the warehouse

Perform other related duties as directed by management

Coordinate communications to billing for all pull & prep/show orders.

Possibility of travelling to supervise large exhibit setups in the future

Requirements:Prior leadership experience, ideally in a warehouse setting.
