We are currently looking for a Full Time Warehouse Manager to join our Bedre Warehouse team located at the Bedre Fine Chocolate Retail and Manufacturing Facility working .

Responsibilities:

* Maintains knowledge of and follows all laws, rules, regulations, policies and SOPs for assigned area, e.g. MICS, TICS, hospital standards, health codes, food sanitation, accounting principles, etc.
* Maintains and tracks assigned inventories using physical counts, supplier reports, material usage reports, software tools or any combination thereof
* Monitor daily inventory
- Monitors and maintains inventory levels
* Monitor sales by site
* Track receipts in inventory system
* Oversee processes for product packaging and accurate labelling of finished goods and products with proper identification, tracking, and storage
* Ensure accurate records for packaging and gifting components according to standardized Bills of Material
* Monitors use of First In-First Out (FIFO) in accordance with assigned regulations (e.g., product consumption in proper date order)
* Checks visitors in and out and reports any site guest to Security
* Supervises and monitors all staff within assigned area
* Mentors, coaches, develops and assists in training in assigned area
- Trains staff as needed
- Creates training manuals for assigned area staff and continuously updates with improved processes
* Provides oversight of the supply chain process to include installation, storage, inspection and receiving of materials as per the project schedule and/or purchase order due date; coordination of delivery dates with both customers and vendors; schedules delivery and transportation
* Inspects received shipments for accuracy, damages and defects
* Supervises a team of logistics specialist and facilitates order management by processing order intake and input into internal systems
* All other duties as assigned

Experience:

* 1 year directly related experience

Education:
Essential:
* High School, GED or Equivalent

Nonessential:
* Bachelors Degree in directly related field

Credentials:

* Standard Driver's License
* Safe Quality Food Certification
* Good Manufacturing Practices Certification
* Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point Certification
* Forklift/Man Lift certification
* Pass general background check
