Bradford Airport Logistics is seeking a Warehouse Operations Supervisor to supervise team members, make decisions, and provide excellent customer service at our offsite warehouse that serves Boston Logan International Airport. The successful candidate will manage operations at our receiving and redistribution dock and supplier and customer relationships. A strong work ethic, initiative, and drive to build and maintain a world-class team are necessary. To be successful, you should have:

• Minimum of 2 years of team management experience.
• Experience in logistics, airline, airport, warehouse, or related industry strongly preferred.
• Solid work ethic, integrity, and trustworthiness.
• Excellent communication and team-building skills.
• Ability to pass a TSA security background check and maintain a valid driver’s license.

Your responsibilities as the Warehouse Operations Supervisor - East Boston will include:

• Ensure Compliance: Train employees and ensure adherence to all procedures and regulations for BAL, the airport, TSA, customers, and stakeholders.
• Team Leadership: Provide hands-on leadership and maintain a motivated, professional, customer-focused operations team.
• Stakeholder Interaction: Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and airport stakeholders to enhance operational performance and efficiency.
• Process and Quality Control: Ensure process and quality control standards are met and continuously improved.
• Operational Management: Oversee daily distribution center objectives, resolve operational issues, and maintain accurate schedules to prevent delays and minimize expenses.
