Warehouse Operator

Description

We are looking for a talented Warehouse Operator (1stShift) to join our team in Henderson, Colorado.

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

• Under some supervision, follow established procedures and guidelines to receive, handle, store, perform system transactions and dispatch goods in a factory or warehouse
• Perform Quality checks for damages and for discrepancies between goods and invoices
• Accurately sort, label, store goods and arrange storage to optimize warehouse space
• Pick, pack, and dispatch incoming and outgoing goods according to written or verbal requests or orders
• Conducting/overseeing cycle and bin counting, investigating inventory discrepancies, processing part returns to vendor, processing defective parts, using system generated reports to monitor inventory accuracy.
• Operate forklifts and other warehouse machinery

To be successful in this role you will need the following:

• Requires some work experience or immediate level knowledge obtained through education, training or on-the-job experience.
• High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations.
• Requires certification to operate powered industrial vehicles (reach trucks, order pickers, pallet rider, etc.) and/or other heavy machinery.
• Logistics and warehouse experience preferred
• Must be able to physically lift 50 pounds occasionally, wear required personal protective equipment
• This is a fast-paced warehouse environment, there will be a lot of standing and lifting.
• Please note, this is a first shift position. The hours are 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM.
• This position does not require any Department of Transportation (DOT) related pre-screenings.

Compensation and Benefits

Please note that the salary range provided is a good faith estimate on the applicable range. The final salary offer will be determined after considering relevant factors, including a candidate's qualifications and experience, where appropriate. Hourly pay range for this position is $19.88 - 29.83/hour, base salary rate commensurate with experience. Additional benefits vary between locations and include options such as our 401(k) Retirement Savings Plan, Cash Balance Pension Plan, Medical/Dental/Life Insurance, Health Savings Account, Domestic Partners Coverage and a full complement of personal and professional benefits.
