Hiring for production operators. Our warehouse associates work third shift from 9:45pm until 6:15am. This is a Monday thru Friday position for production associates. Training will take place on day shift for the first three days. The warehouse associate will be supporting operating of injection mold machine, and packaging the products. This is an entry level but temp to hire warehouse associate opportunity that starts asap.

About the position:

• Starting pay is $18 to start

Job Duties

• Operate and monitor injection molding machines to produce high-quality parts, making adjustments as necessary to maintain product quality and production efficiency.
• Load raw materials into the molding machines and ensure that materials are available as needed. Handle finished products with care and prepare them for storage or shipment.
• Perform basic maintenance and troubleshooting of molding machines and equipment. Report any major machine malfunctions to the maintenance team.
• Work collaboratively with other team members to meet production goals. Communicate effectively with supervisors and colleagues to ensure smooth operation of the production process.
• Adhere to all workplace safety guidelines and regulations, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE). Maintain a clean and safe work environment at all times.
• Pack completed product into boxes with customized labels to ensure identification and traceability per customer requirements

Requirements/Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or warehouse setting, preferably in injection molding.
• Basic understanding of machinery and production processes.
• Ability to push, pull, and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to multi-task
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Excellent attendance and performance
• Able to work a flexible schedule and/or overtime as needed
