We are seeking a PRODUCTION LEAD - NIGHT SHIFT to join our team!

The production lead is responsible for monitoring the workflow and process used in production. This can include but not limited to framing, cutting, stretching, sublimating, and packaging. Reporting directly to the Production Supervisor, the production lead maintains the organized throughput of product being produced, packaged, and shipped. Providing hands-on assistance in a fast-paced production environment.

Production Lead Qualifications: (Ideal Candidate)

Should have strong problem-solving skills, basic math skills, and able to communicate positively in a team setting. Self-motivated with the ability to motivate others. Good human relations to relate cordially while giving instruction. Standing, bending while working for extended periods. Good Housekeeping. Strong safety awareness (PPE Required). Ability to stay on task with minimal supervision. Basic computer skills. Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma and Continuous Process Improvement and an eye for quality would be an added plus !

Through training the candidate will learn:

1. Production Processes

2. Reading and analyzing our PCS system

3. Operation of Shrink Wrapper(s)

4. Product Quality

There will be Production Manager(s) / Supervisor(s) as well as other leads who will work alongside answering any questions and providing training.

Training: first week with the day shift. Then will transition to the regular night shift schedule
