Experis, a division of ManpowerGroup, is working with a well-known, respected organization within the automotive manufacturing industry , seeking a 2nd Shift Warehouse Supervisor to work in their Parts Distribution Center in Aurora, CO. This would be a 12-Month Contract role with intention of extending and/or converting to permanent, paying $37/Hour + benefits.

Job Title: Warehouse Supervisor
Location: Aurora, CO 80019
Contract Duration: 12 Contract with potential to extend and/or convert to FTE/Perm
Schedule: 2nd Shift, 1:00PM to 9:00PM
Pay: $37/HR + benefits

Oversee warehouse employees in order to meet business objectives for assigned departments regarding safety, quality productivity, responsiveness, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervisor UAW represented hourly employees, addressing performance behaviors by commending the positive and discouraging the negative
• Manage shipping requirements
• Apply Workplace Organization (WPO) process to improve layouts and efficiency
• Perform daily Timekeeping System (TKS) updating to ensure accurate processing of payroll data
• Use A-3 reporting format to document problem solving activities and observe local A-3 guidelines
• Perform and document weekly safety observation tours of departments
• Plan daily workloads in advance

Requirements:

• High School Graduate with minimum 1-2 years of technical/business school training and 10+ years of experience
• Experience in manufacturing processes and procedures, basic math, communication, people management, warehouse management systems, quality control procedures, and analytical problem solving
