Warehouse Supervisor

As a Warehouse Supervisor at RCX Sports you will be responsible for overseeing multiple aspects of warehouse operations, including shipping and receiving, inventory management, and team management. You will have strong leadership skills, a keen eye for detail, and experience working with inventory management systems. This role requires a results-oriented individual who can effectively manage a team, optimize warehouse processes, and maintain a high level of accuracy in all warehouse activities.

What you'll do:

• Supervise a growing shipping and receiving department, warehouse team, and bulk inventory storage
• Assist with the development/enforce processes pertaining to the shipping and receiving department
• Organize and coordinate all inbound and outbound LTL shipments
• Oversee inventory control and maintaining cycle counts
• Manage delivery schedule and audit deliveries to a purchase order
• Train new staff with processes, procedures, and WMS
• Report discrepancies, receipts, potential HR matters
• Communicate with upper management on status of deliveries and stored inventory
• Manage accuracy of the inventory stock
• Maintain inventory records and daily records of inventory received to ensure accuracy
• Forecast space demands of future inventory needs
• Assist with replenishment of inventory
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment both warehouse and picking lines
• Minor facility and equipment upkeep
• Regularly lift shipments and inventory items weighing up to 50 lbs

What you'll bring:

• High School Diploma (or equivalent)
• 1 or more years of warehouse or fulfillment center management experience
• Strong understanding of OSHA compliance
• Proficient knowledge of international shipping regulations
• Proven ability to innovatively think on your feet, see alternatives, and provide creative solutions
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively, quickly, and to meet tight deadlines in a dynamic environment
• Leadership experience, including team management, coaching, and performance management
• Proficiency in warehouse management software and systems and Microsoft Office
• Exceptional organizational skills and detail-oriented mind-set
• Highly self-motivated and dedicated to achieving results
• Proficiency in math and ability to use mathematical concepts, such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division, to perform basic calculations related to inventory management and order fulfillment
• Experience running heavy equipment such as motorized hand truck and forklift
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with other departments
