A higher education client is looking to bring on a Warehouse Team Manager to manage communications, scheduling, and coordination pertaining to inventory management for events. This position will focus on scheduling, providing advice regarding service requirements and cost estimates, managing financial performance, and allocating resources. The department supported by this role handles tasks such as event setup, departmental relocations, furniture delivery and installation, heavy equipment transportation, modular systems furniture design, and surplus property disposal on campus. This position oversees a team of 5 employees and 2-6 student workers.

This person should have availability to be reached by phone to support any issues that come up on nights and weekends.

Hourly Rate: $27-$32/hour

Required Skills & Experience
- 2+ years of experience with inventory management
- Experience with disposal of furniture and surplus sales, and sustainability practices
- Experience coordinating with/overseeing a team
- MUST be organized, calm, and communicative
- Experience with Google platforms (Drive, Docs, etc.)

Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Forklift certification
- Experience using WebTMA and/or other work order management software (for work process request, work orders, etc.)
