SUMMARY: Performs various warehouse receiving, moving, stocking, and staging materials in support of operational requirements and shipping assignments as directed.

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsible for conducting physical inventory level counts at cardlocks. Ensures cardlock locations are clean, safe, and supplied for customers. Performs and documents fuel quality testing. Performs minor repairs and creates maintenance requests for mechanical or facility issues at card locks. Provides daily work direction and assignment for anyone covering daily, weekly, and monthly cardlock QC checks. Operates equipment as necessary for snow removal and landscape maintenance. Operates 1-Ton flatbed or box truck for transportation of products from vendors, delivering products to customers, and moving products between warehouse locations. May prepare and review transportation documentation such as invoices, inventory lists, and truck bills of lading. Act as secondary propane dispenser when needed. Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

1. High school diploma or equivalent

2. Valid driver's license

3. Current DOT medical card or ability to acquire one at point of hire

4. Proficient in Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel and Outlook

5. Ability to bend, reach and lift/carry a minimum of 50 pounds unassisted

6. Ability to safely operate a one-ton vehicle

7. Ability to work independently

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

1. One to three years of experience in a related field

2. Forklift certification

3. CDL with Hazmat endorsement

4. Knowledge of load securement

5. Experience with ELD's and maintenance software

6. Experience dispensing propane

WORKING CONDITIONS: Works both inside an office environment and also outside in conditions of both high and low temperatures. May be exposed to odors, dust, dirt, mechanical hazards, high noise levels and potentially dangerous equipment. Must be able to crouch and stoop to get into areas with restricted headroom and be able to climb ladders. May require extended use of computer keyboard and viewing of computer monitor and ability to sit for long periods of time.
