Warranty Cancellation Resolution Specialist

This position will cancel warranty products as assigned by the lead or supervisor. They will be working a queue of active and parked items to be resolved within the SLA. This person will also be trained to improve on exceptional customer service skills for one stop resolutions.

Essential Functions:
Review cancellation documents to ensure a complete packet is received so they can cancel the product timely.
Work closely with the stores and customers to resolve any concerns within a 24-hour SLA.
When in the office ongoing training and live calls for level 2 inquiries will be expected.
Maintain and resolve parked items under established SLA
Be knowledgeable on how to research and resolve all questions related to F&I cancellations
This associate will have strong customer service skills.
Assist with other tasks as directed by supervisor
Have a physical presence of three days in the office. Tuesday will be a mandatory office day with the other two days determined by the associate.
Meet the minimum cancellations per day in addition to working unresolved issues.
Utilize CDK to research and resolve missing details with the cancellation packet
