Starting Wage: $24.52 + 0.80 shift differential

Shift: 2 nd shift, 2pm-10pm

Location: 207 Laurel Hill Road, Verona VA

What you will do:

• Read, understand, and work from blueprints, schematics, bills of material, routing sheets, and other written, electronic, or verbal instructions
• Complete required records including but not limited to quality checklists and inputs into specified electronic systems
• Report line issues into the appropriate data collection systems
• Operate equipment as required to complete assigned tasks (e.g. charging stations, water jet, tuggers, cranes, etc.)
• Work with a variety of materials to complete assigned tasks to meet production requirements
• Run water jet to produce insulation kits
• Move material from feeders to production lines
• Move sheet metal or laser steel from receiving dock, load SB tower or laser tower
• Move bases to production lines or production line inbound areas
• Move free cooling components to and from production line
• Run a material route to pick up and deliver materials to inbound areas through check list, visual queues, or verbal direction
• Keep lines adequately fed with inbound materials by carrying, pushing, or using powered equipment
• Return empty carts to feeder cells, load zones, overflow zones, or other areas
• Perform 5S tasks and help in 5S events across all plant sections
• Support Kaizen events as needed
• Demonstrate compliance with all safety rules and PPE requirements
• Operate forklift safely in a production environment
• Perform repetitive and frequent lifting, bending, twisting, shoulder/arm/hand/wrist/finger motions

Minimum Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Ability to operate hand tools
• Ability to read and understand written English

Preferred Qualifications:

• Forklift license
• Previous manufacturing experience
